Ashutosh (Ash) Bhargave, P.E., President. Ash received a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech in 1966. Subsequently, Ash received graduate level training at George Washington University and DuPont Co. Ash, as a senior project engineer, has manag
ed turnkey projects efficiently with strict deadline schedules. He successfully started and brought to maturity a small electronic manufacturing business. He developed and manufactured various electronics devices such as automatic humidity controls, cabin air cooling system for the combat vehicles, temperature monitors, and electronics connector products. Under his leadership, PEC received a ‘Zero Defect Commendation’ for manufacturing an interconnection and equipment installation project.
William (Bill) Frideger, General Manager. An alumni of Wright State University, Lake Campus. Bill has worked in electronic manufacturing from the making of printed circuit boards to design and assembly of major aerospace components. Bill started and own his owned quality management consulting firm for over 20 years and aided several companies to obtain their ISO9000 registration.
